Twin babies were born during a torrential downpour and were named "Dinghai Shenpin."

(Note: "Dinghai Shenpin" is a term that might refer to a mythical item used to control the sea or stabilize something. In this context, it might symbolize stability or protection against a tumultuous situation such as a storm.)

On July 31, a pregnant woman suddenly went into premature labor and rushed to the hospital in Mentougou District, Beijing for emergency treatment. At that time, there was a torrential downpour, and just after the woman had received anesthesia for a Caesarean section, the hospital lost power, and the rapid floodwaters outside made it impossible to transfer her to another hospital. The hospital's nursing department, pediatrics, logistics, and other departments quickly coordinated their efforts. Despite the heavy rain and power outage, the medical staff manually illuminated the area to deliver the babies, with different staff members responsible for monitoring vital signs, guarding the fetal heart, and comforting the mother. Finally, the twin sisters were successfully born, and their milk names were given as "Dinghai" and "Shenzhen." Thanks to the protection, may the babies grow up healthy!
